Welcome to the Adler Brauereigasthof Moosbeuren, where beer brewing and hospitality have been an honorable tradition since 1596. In our family-run establishment, good cuisine is preserved, true to the motto "From the region for the region". Here, local ingredients are used to create true culinary delights that are created with passion in cooking pots and brew kettles.
Our "Helles", "Hop-Stuff" (pilsner) and "Hefe-Weizen" are available all year round. Seasonally during Lent we have our "Fastenbier" (export), in spring and summer we have the "Anno 1596" amber-coloured Märzen, on May 1st our "Franz-Josef Bock" and during the cold season our "Winterbier". All of our beers are bottled and casked in their natural state.
