The charm of the Schöre brewery inn captivates every guest. Whether you're visiting with a group, celebrating a family or club event, or simply looking to spend some enjoyable hours, we offer the perfect setting. The cozy restaurant with its two rustic-style adjoining rooms can accommodate around 90 guests, the beer hall with its murals seats 70, and the function room can hold approximately 100. During the summer months, you'll find time and space to relax in the beer garden.
In addition to the tasty Schörebräu Hell, we brew a malty Schörebräu Dunkel, a hoppy Schöre Pilsner, and a top-fermented Schöre Weisse. Depending on the season, we also brew beers such as the Erntepils, the Schöre Bock for Lent, and the Bulldog Beer.
In our in-house brewery with a 12 hectoliter brewhouse, we carefully brew our Schöre beers. Quality is our top priority – and our master brewer, Robert Bentele, stands for this, alongside the strict Purity Law of 1516. Hops from our own cultivation, water from our own spring, and regional brewing barley are the raw materials for our select beers. Good things take time – and we give our beers this time to mature. Then, you can enjoy them freshly tapped, natural, and unfiltered in the inn.
We hope that our children will follow in our footsteps and continue the family tradition and the brewery inn. It will always be a challenge, especially in these times. Nevertheless, we love what we do, and satisfied guests are our greatest motivation.
