Brewery restaurant with one of the smallest brewing facilities in Franconian Switzerland. Be there and take part when real Franconian beer is brewed by hand. Our master brewer Mike Schmitt and his team will introduce you to the secrets of the real art of brewing. The seminar is a full day and covers the entire brewing process from the beginning. Such as grinding, mashing, refining, extracting, cooking, making the wort. There is also a white sausage breakfast pint in the morning and Schäuferla in dark beer sauce with dumpling during the day.
