You have the choice of staying in one of our modern brewmaster or hop rooms. All 8 individual rooms are bright and friendly furnished. In the morning you can look forward to breakfast, which will be served on site. With fresh rolls from the baker and sausage from the butcher next door; with homemade jam and, if desired, with freshly boiled or fried eggs.
Welcome to the Tettnanger Krone! We – the Tauscher family – have been running the crown in the heart of the hop city since 1847. In the Tettnanger Krone, the former home of the last Montfort Count Anton IV, we not only brew the famous Kronen beer with enthusiasm and passion. As Baden-Württemberg's ambassadors of enjoyment, we treat our guests to handmade Swabian cuisine. Our inn also has 8 inviting guest rooms. Each of them was individually designed by us.
Tettnanger Keller-Pils – the first organic beer from Lake Constance. It has been brewed since 1993 and is still very popular.
Collected knowledge and our secrets about the art of brewing and recipes have been passed on from father to son for 7 generations. Committed to tradition and the Purity Law, our Tettnang beers are brewed by hand using direct firing and stored in the deep cellar at O°C for up to 3 months. It is brewed with 100% Tettnanger aroma hops!
The Tettnanger Krone has been owned by the Tauscher family since 1847. 7 generations of history, experience, brewing knowledge and know-how have made the Tettnanger Krone what it is today: a special place where people like to meet. Fritz Tauscher III has been in charge since 2007. As the “best qualified master brewer in Germany”, he continues the tradition and brews the Kronenbrauerei’s beers using traditional recipes and innovative ideas.
