Our 19 guest rooms are of different sizes and furnishings, but are all very spacious, extremely comfortable and comfortably furnished. Each room has its own bathroom. All rooms have a TV with satellite connection. We offer free WiFi in all rooms.
The Private Brewery Inn ADLER is a modern, friendly and family-run brewery inn on the edge of the Swabian Alb that offers everything travelers need to feel comfortable. Our advantages include the extensive range of Swabian dishes in our restaurant and freshly tapped beers from our in-house brewery.

In our brewery, beer is brewed according to a long-standing tradition. Since the brewhouse renovation in 2023, our brewery has been equipped with the latest technical standards. We would be happy to give you an insight into our brewery - just ask.
Our family business is currently run by the 11th generation and is constantly being improved, be it through the currently converted brewery, a new photovoltaic system, renovation of individual guest rooms or, in the near future, the conversion of the cooling system to a more climate-friendly version. There is always something to do - we get involved.
