For generations, we've been brewing our specialty beers right here on site – traditionally and with a regional character. From our robust Märzen to our delicate Pilsner and Falstaff – every beer bears our signature. Our homemade lemonades are also very popular. Anyone wanting a behind-the-scenes look can experience the art of brewing up close on a brewery tour – including a tasting.
The brewery was founded in 1600. Little is known about its beginnings or its owners. However, some owners are listed in the Uttendorf local history journal. From 1770 onwards, Max Grämiller is recorded as the owner. In 1835, Josef Schmerold took over the brewery. Against the backdrop of this rich history, we are delighted to proudly lead the brewery inn into the future.
