Düll brewery

There's something about tapping home-brewed beer in a pub and cooking, roasting and baking with a wood-fired oven, and this is already in its 6th generation. The golden yellow Pils is available all year round, with a fine malt note and pleasant hop bitterness. November to March there is the amber-colored Bock with a fruity aroma of peach and honey. Regional ingredients are not only used in the brewhouse but also in the kitchen, such as asparagus, game, duck, geese - all typically Franconian.

Our inn

We are a typical Franconian inn with a cozy, family atmosphere - come in and immediately feel at home. When the weather is nice you can also take a seat in the beer garden. Our adjoining room offers space for small celebrations or seminars. The historic hall is on the upper floor for larger events.

In the copper brewhouse, our 2 varieties are brewed with Franconian malt, Hallertau hops, water and yeast. Brewing is a craft that is still loved here - that's why it is still brewed by hand and filled into swing-top bottles and also into barrels. Our beer is only available from us - so come by, try it and fall in love

Looking ahead: The exciting journey of our brewery inn

We have been partying, drinking, eating and laughing since 1750 - our own beer has been brewed by hand according to the Bavarian Purity Law since 1840 - Gnodstadt is located right on the Main Triangle, actually a wine region, but the beer and the cuisine are popular - that's why Guests come from far and near. They come as strangers and leave as friends and that is an appreciation that we love and want to keep.
