We brew our beers in the traditional way in the copper kettles of Gasterij Oatmössche. In accordance with the German Purity Law, we only use four natural ingredients: water, hops, malt and yeast. The result is a tasty beer without additives. Our modern brewery values sustainability and relies on local products to create an authentic brewing experience. Of course, our brewery can also be visited.
In 1999 our family started brewing beer. 25 years later, we are proud of our beer experience. In our brewery, where we produce around 15 types of beer every year in accordance with the German Purity Law, guests can enjoy an authentic experience. We have built a beer-style hotel with a beer spa on historic grounds in the cozy town of Ootmarsum. A tasting room is also available to provide our guests with a complete experience.
