The Prösslbräu Adlersberg brewery inn is a former monastery complex that combines tradition and coziness and, with its idyllic setting, invites you to linger in the beer garden as well as in the rustically furnished interior. Here you can expect not only a wide selection of in-house beers, which are brewed with craftsmanship and attention to detail, but also a variety of Bavarian delicacies prepared with heart. Our full-bodied Helles, Bavarian Dunkel, and Klosterpils, as well as our Klostergold (Export) and Zwickl, are brewed year-round, just like our legendary dark double bock, the Palmator. Thousands of visitors make the pilgrimage to our brewery on Adlersberg every year on Palm Sunday for the Palmator Strong Beer Festival. We are also particularly proud of Franzis Adventsbock, a light bock that sweetens the Christmas season. With Freier Adler – Alcohol-Free Helles, we are taking a step towards the future in 2026.
