The Prösslbräu Adlersberg brewery inn is a former monastery complex that combines tradition and coziness and, with its idyllic setting, invites you to linger in the beer garden as well as in the rustically furnished interior. Here you can expect not only a wide selection of in-house beers, which are brewed with craftsmanship and attention to detail, but also a variety of Bavarian delicacies prepared with heart. We would also like to welcome you to our small hotel.

The Vollbier Hell, the Bayerisch Dunkel and the Klosterpils as well as our Klostergold (export) and the Zwickl are brewed all year round, as is our legendary dark Doppelbock, the Palmator. Every year on Palm Sunday, thousands of visitors make the pilgrimage to the Adlersberg for the strong beer festival of the same name. We are also particularly proud of Franzis Adventsbock, a light bock that sweetens the Christmas season.
