We are particularly proud of this: Our "OPERATOR" - dark Doppelbock/celebration drink OPERATOR Our strong beer, celebration drink for the opening of the Munich National Theater in 1963. Also available to take home. NATURAL CLOUDY Our unfiltered naturally cloudy beer, fresh from the tap at the Schlossgut and available to take home.
Our brewery Beer specialties have been brewed in our brewery since 1450. Our bottom-fermented beers are created here under the direction of master brewer Hans Eser. A visit and guided tour of our brewery and its vaulted cellar is possible by appointment.
Stay and enjoy: the Odelzhausen castle estate has been in our family for over 100 years. The original character and independence of the former aristocratic residence have been preserved to this day. In the Gutshotel you will spend the night in Bavarian style. A large guest garden and several exceptional seminar rooms are available for family celebrations, events and conferences for 10 to 250 people.
