The history of beer in Schwanen began in 1697 and has been continued by the Miller family since 1864, now in its fifth generation. More than 30 different types of beer brewed throughout the year make us one of the most diverse breweries in Germany. In 2005, our brewery became known beyond the borders of the BeerCultureCity thanks to "Micha's Brewing Course".
Since 1864, the Miller family, now in its 5th generation, has been running the Schwanen brewery, distillery, brewery and design hotel. The 6th generation is also already working hard in the brewery. We love and live beer culture and are proud to be one of the founders of the BierKulturStadt Ehingen. The idea and vision are what drive us to make the swans even more lovable for our guests.
