In the middle of the beer culture town of Ehingen, in a side street, you will find the Schwanen, which is run by the 5th generation of Miller's and can already look back on a 325-year tradition. Brewery, distillery, brewery and beer culture hotel are the 4 characteristic components that form the basis of a culinary concept that you enjoy reading but even love eating! Opposite the inn you sit, surrounded by a green wall, directly in front of the design hotel.
The history of beer in Schwanen began in 1697 and has been continued since 1864 by the Miller family, now in its fifth generation. More than 25 different types of beer brewed throughout the year make us one of the most diverse breweries in Germany. From 2005, thanks to “Micha's BrauKurs”, our brewery became known beyond the borders of the BierKulturStadt.
Since 1864, the Miller family, now in its 5th generation, has been running the Schwanen brewery, distillery, brewery and design hotel. The 6th generation is also already working hard in the brewery. We love and live beer culture and are proud to be one of the founders of the BierKulturStadt Ehingen. The idea and vision are what drive us to make the swans even more lovable for our guests.
