Particularly noteworthy is the beer garden in Voggendorf (directly on the Bamberg-Rothenburg cycle path). From April to September, when the weather is nice, you can relax here with cloudy cellar beer and various snacks and enjoy the view of the idyllic pond landscape (“Land of a Thousand Ponds”). During the season there are always music and cabaret events taking place on the Kellerberg
You will find us in the center of Uehlfeld, the stork village of Germany, in the middle of the Aischgrund with its small pond culture landscape. We are a company that you would ideally imagine a Franconian family brewery to be. In addition to the craft brewery, we also run a restaurant, a schnapps distillery and an independent beer garden. Other special features include the beer fountain in front of the house, our own in-house slaughter, our own carp ponds and a variety of different events in the large hall.
all year round: “Hopfenstoff”: light, bottom-fermented full beer “Schnapperla”: cloudy cellar beer “Schmankerl-Weisse”: naturally cloudy wheat Seasonal: Kerwabier, strong beer, Maibock, Rotbier, Grünes Pils, whiskey beer, ...
We are one of the typical Franconian microbreweries, which are unfortunately becoming fewer and fewer. In our family brewery, beer production is still consciously carried out in the spirit of old craftsmanship with transmission drives, cooling ships and fermentation vats. Three types of beer are brewed all year round. Special beer specialties are often produced for certain holidays and occasions.
“The friendly family brewery in Aischgrund” Our brewery and restaurant – owned by the Prechtel family for many generations – is firmly anchored in the village life of our community. But we also want to introduce our guests to the Franconian tavern culture. Our aim is to be an attractive meeting place for our guests through a variety of activities, both culinary and cultural. Slaughter bowl, Kerwa, brewery festival, carp tasting/game weeks, cabaret, dancing, beer fountain festivals, ...we always have something going on
