Brewery inn - and already in its fifth generation. That's why today, as in the past, you can find in the Bräuhaus Ummendorf what you would expect from a good brewery inn: In addition to food and drink, there is also a room for the night, a delicious spirit from the in-house distillery and, above all, the feeling of being a welcome guest.
In addition to the varieties available all year round, it is above all the seasonal specialties that make our beer menu varied and interesting: In spring the "Maibock", from June the "BlauGelbe Sommer-Bier", in autumn the "Hopfen-Engel" and the "Biernacht" beer and then at Christmas the "Goldene". And in between there are also some exciting taste experiences.
We've been making beer for quite a while, probably at least 400 years. But tradition only makes sense if you look forward: Our beers are fresh, sparkling and delicious - even more so when they are tapped and drunk directly on site. The brewing kettle is made of copper and the technology behind it is modern: we would be happy to show you how we brew during a tour.
