We decided to furnish our pub in a traditional style, so we traveled to northern England and brought back original furniture from a local church. The only thing we couldn't take with us was the original church bell, which is where the name Missing Bell comes from. Alongside the antique furnishings, we also offer some new and modern touches. We enjoy watching sports and games together. We are a gastropub and offer both our own beer and spirits as well as modern Danish food.

The first thing you see when you enter our brewery are Kasper Schultz's two copper kettles as well as our distillery that was added to the house in 2019. All beer is served in-house and it is our own production that is brewed in the basement. Our brewers Morten and Oliver ensure that there are always around 24 different beers on tap, from classic lagers to full-bodied ales to experimental IPAs and dark stouts.
We are a family business that my wife and I started in 2004. So in August 2024 we will have been around for 20 years and right now all three of our children and our two sons-in-law work here, so we hope the business stays in the family for years to come.
